English and Swedish into German
As a literary translator, I transfer stories, ideas, and voices with sensitivity to the cultural subtleties of both language areas and a keen sense of the linguistic nuances of German.
I particularly enjoy translating children's and young adult fiction, ecocritical literature, and postcolonial works, partly because I studied these topics in depth at university. But I also love translating general fiction, fantasy, historical novels, romance, and much more.

Editorial
As an editor, I help authors bring the best out of their stories – regarding language, style, and content. Together, we refine the plot, the story arc, and the character development. I pay particular attention to ensuring that the text reads smoothly.
In addition to traditional editing, I also offer translation editorial from English and Swedish. I not only check the linguistic quality of the German translation, but also keep the source text in mind to ensure that the translation is just as lively as the source text.
